EDI Survey Campaign (Year-Round)

  • PGPIRG's EDI Survey Campaign gathers student on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at UNBC.  

 

  • Year-round to all students wishing to share their experiences and perspectives.  

  • Helps identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement on campus

  • Your voice contributes to creating a more inclusive campus community.

PG Summer Connect (Seasonal – Summer Term)

A community program designed to help new and visiting students settle into Prince George, meet others, and explore what the city has to offer.

 

Who It’s For

  • International students arriving in Spring or Summer

  • Exchange students and visiting researchers

  • Short-term program students (2–6 months)

  • New UNBC students looking to build connections

 

What You’ll Gain

  • Meet other students and build friendships

  • Explore Prince George and local nature

  • Access affordable food programs

  • Learn about campus and community resources

 

This is a peer-supported community initiative designed to help you feel confident and connected.

PGPIRG Ambassador Program
 

The PGPIRG Ambassador Program recognizes students who volunteer and represent PGPIRG at events on campus and within the community.

What Ambassadors Do

  • Represent PGPIRG at campus and community events

  • Support outreach and community initiatives

  • Help introduce students to PGPIRG programs and resources

  • Build connections with students and local organizations

 

Eligibility

  • To become a PGPIRG Ambassador, students must:

  • Complete a minimum of 15 volunteer hours

  • Participate in PGPIRG events or initiatives

  • PGPIRG Board Members automatically serve as Ambassadors during their term.
